- In event that the patient has a change of heart on the purchase:
- If the patient chooses to upgrade their lens options with 90 days, we will charge the applicable upgrades.
- If the patient chooses an equal or less value options with 90 days, we will simply redo the lenses at no charge.
- Technology does not exist to “buff out” or polish lenses that are scratched or chipped. Lenses can only be replaced by purchasing new lenses.
All purchase (not including clearance or final sale) includes a one-year manufacture warranties on defect. Warranties does not cover miss used or accident damage.
All purchase with TELA DIAMOND COAT (Premium Oleophobic easy clean) includes a two-year manufacture warranty on defect. Warranties does not cover miss used or accident damage.
All purchase with TELA CRYSTALUX COAT (Premium HIGH Contrast for day and night driving) includes a two-year manufacture warranty on defect. Warranties does not cover miss used or accident damage.
No frame re-styles will be allowed once frames have been ordered and processed by the lab.
Once insurance benefits have been billed, the benefits cannot be reinstated.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ONCE GLASSES HAVE BEEN ORDERED AND PROCESSED, unless a realignment of prescription lenses is need.
Prior to the return/exchange being processed, the product must be inspected by our team members. All clearance items, sale items, contact lense solutions, eye drops, are final sale and they cannot be returned or exchanged. Each item may only be returned or exchanged once and ENVI optical reserves the right to limit the number of returns/exchanges at any given time.
After the one-time exchange has been credited, the product becomes a final sale.
